1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to return the product through the "info@acepadshop.com", indicating the order number and product details.
2. Return Conditions
2.1. Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, with all original labels and packaging.
2.2. You have the right to return products delivered to you if they are faulty or otherwise not in accordance with your order when you receive them. In the event that your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.
3. Return Process
3.1. Once the return request is received, we will provide the customer with the necessary instructions and the return address.
3.2. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned products, including the original shipping costs, unless the customer has chosen a shipping method other than standard.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Returns will not be accepted for personalized products or products that for hygiene or health reasons are not suitable to be returned once unsealed, unless they are defective.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1. In case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the customer must inform us immediately via the following email "info@acepadshop.com", to arrange the return and replacement of the product.
