Return and Refund Policy of ACEPAD

- Right of Withdrawal
1.1. In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need for justification within a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of the product.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to return the product through the following email "support@acepadshop.com", indicating the order number and product details.
- Return Conditions
2.1. Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, with all original labels and packaging.
2.2. You have the right to return products that have been delivered to you if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when received. If your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.
- Return Process
3.1. Upon receiving the return request, we will provide the customer with the necessary instructions and the return address.
3.2. The refund will be processed within 14 natural days following the receipt of the returned products, including the original shipping costs, unless the customer has chosen a different shipping method than the standard one.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Returns of customized products or those that, for reasons of hygiene or health, are not suitable to be returned once unsealed, will not be accepted unless they are defective.

5.1. In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the customer must inform us immediately through the following email "support@acepadshop.com" to coordinate the return and replacement of the product.
