Orders placed on ACEPADSHOP.COM are processed within 12–24 business hours.

Shipments are handled by external courier companies such as Correos and InPost.

Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are shown to the customer before completing the purchase.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking information.
