ACEPAD Conditions of Sale

1. Contracting Parties

1.1. These conditions of sale are agreed between ACEPAD, with registered office at C/ Roger de flor 90, 08205, Sabadell and NIF 49487571N, hereinafter referred to as "The Seller", and the client, hereinafter referred to as "The Buyer".

2. Products and Prices

2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide accurate information about the products offered, including characteristics, prices, applicable taxes and shipping costs.

2.2. Product prices are expressed in euros and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT).

3. Purchase Process

3.1. The Buyer can place orders through the ACEPAD online store platform.

3.2. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these conditions of sale.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1. The Seller will send an order confirmation by email, detailing the order information, total price and delivery conditions.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1. Payment will be made at the time of purchase, through the payment methods available in the online store.

5.2. The Seller will issue an electronic invoice that will be sent to the Buyer along with the order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Deliveries

6.1. The Seller undertakes to ship the products within a reasonable time and to the address provided by the Buyer.

6.2. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, in accordance with Spanish legislation.

7.2. Consult the returns policy for detailed information on the exercise of this right.

8. Responsibility and Guarantee

8.1. The Seller guarantees the conformity of the products with the contract and is responsible for manufacturing defects in accordance with Spanish legislation.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These conditions of sale are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

10. Modifications to the Conditions of Sale

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these conditions of sale at any time. The changes will be effective from their publication in the online store.
